Paper Mate - Clear Point

With Paper Mate’s update to their Clear Point mechanical pencils, we really leaned in on the “clear” theme for the shoot. From transparent acrylic props to carefully controlled lighting, every detail was designed to enhance the sleek, modern aesthetic of the product. To introduce color into the set, we used tinted gels, blending hues to create the striking gradient backgrounds seen throughout the collection. No filters or compositing allowed.

As the Studio Art Director, I led the on-set photo direction, prop styling, and overall creative execution—right down to loaning my own desk for the shoot (the same one I’m using as I write this).
