Video & Motion

As video and motion continue to shape how brands connect with their audiences, I enjoy finding new ways to make an impact.

Video adds depth to storytelling, combining visuals, pacing, and sound to create something dynamic and immersive. I’ve worked on everything from social content and product demos to full-scale video productions and brand campaigns, ensuring that each piece aligns with the brand’s vision and engages the right audience.

I collaborate with my partners, focusing on visual storytelling, lighting, and composition to bring ideas to life. Whether developing a concept, directing on set, or overseeing post-production, I ensure that every element—from framing to final edit—works together to create a polished, compelling piece.

Sharpie:
Clear View Highlighter

This video for Sharpie Clearview Highlighters was born from an experimental studio session, where I worked with our cinematographer to test new tracking and video scope equipment. We captured close-up footage of the highlighter in action—achieving shots that would have previously been difficult to execute. As Studio Art Director, I also led the still photography featured throughout the final edit. Initially a technical test, this project evolved into a polished piece used across Sharpie’s website, social media, and eCommerce platforms.

Red Temptation:
Sharpie S-Gel Spec Commercial

Red Temptation was a speculative concept for the popular Sharpie S-Gel, created to pitch a more strategic, cinematic approach to the brand’s advertising. My copy/strategy partner envisioned the pen as an object of temptation—irresistible, sleek, and bold. Rather than presenting a storyboard, we knew the idea would resonate better in a more fully realized piece. Working with only the tools on-hand and a handful of coworkers eager to help, we produced the video with zero budget, a single day of production, and a small office hallway as our set. I handled co-creative direction, art direction, styling, set dressing, and prop creation to bring it to life. The final piece was well-received by leadership and helped shape the brand’s approach to marketing and storytelling.

Elmer’s:
Squishies Consumer Testing Instructional video

This instructional video for Elmer’s Squishies was created to guide consumer testing participants through the product experience. Working from illustrated instructions, I handled creative direction, storyboarding, production, and styling, translating static visuals into a clear, engaging live-action demonstration. One of four videos produced in just two days, this piece was developed for internal use and focus groups as part of a brand-led consumer insights initiative.

Hustle Like a Mother:
Baby Jogger Summit X3 Product Video

This product-focused video for Baby Jogger’s Summit X3, part of the “Hustle Like a Mother” campaign with Robin Arzón, highlights the stroller’s sleek design and performance. While the brand’s Art Director provided an initial vision, I was responsible for set design, propping, sourcing, and both video and lighting direction, ensuring the final piece aligned with the campaign’s bold, empowering aesthetic. Despite supply chain challenges limiting building material availability, we adapted to create a high-impact, polished set. The video was featured on Baby Jogger’s website, e-commerce platforms, and social media to support the product launch.

Sharpie:
S-Note Duo

This video introduces the Sharpie S-Note Duo, highlighting its dual-tip design and versatility for both bold and precise strokes. As the studio art director, I was responsible for bringing the brand’s vision to life—styling each scene, directing movement, and ensuring smooth, dynamic visuals. With only four hours to capture the entire video, meticulous planning was essential to align transitions and showcase the product’s full range of creative applications. The final piece was featured across social media and eCommerce platforms to support the product launch.

Prismacolor:
Prismacolor Technique
Motion Branding

These motion branding pieces were created as video intros and outros for Prismacolor Technique, establishing a consistent brand identity across content. As Art Director, I developed the concepts, visual style, and animation approach, working closely with video editors to bring them to life. These animations were among the first creative assets developed for Prismacolor Technique, helping to set the tone for the brand’s look and feel from the outset.
